Prior experience with ChatGPT or completion of an introductory AI course is recommended.

Through demonstrations and guided activities, you’ll practice writing effective prompts, refining responses, and using Copilot to support common workplace tasks. You’ll also learn about Copilot’s limitations, responsible AI use, and the importance of reviewing and verifying AI-generated information. No previous AI experience is required.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

This BLS course trains healthcare workers and other personnel to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
