We will learn how to design a strategy for the effective management of employee expectations in the delivery of customer service excellence. The goal is to determine a process that continuously provides high quality service that best meets the needs of both internal and external customers.
Group Dynamics - Monroe
Group Dynamic is a Wisconsin highway safety initiative aimed at assisting first-time OWI (operation while intoxicated) offenders in changing their impaired driving behavior. This course consists of a minimum of 21 hours of interactive education. Students receive information about short- and long-term effects of alcohol and other drugs, alcohol concentration and impairment and Wisconsin OWI-related laws and penalties. Students also complete a Personal Change Plan to help them avoid future problems with impaired driving. The emphasis of Group Dynamics is on education and changing impaired driving behavior, not on the treatment of addiction.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Failure to attend ALL class sessions or being late will result in forfeiture of your entire class fee, and you will be put in non-compliance with the WI Department of Transportation.
You must have an assessment completed prior to taking this class.
Traffic Safety-Janesville
This 12 hour Traffic Safety course is designed to reduce the number of violation and crashes in Wisconsin. Participants will examine their driving behavior and review traffic laws and penalties. Emphasis will be placed on ways to drive responsibly. This program will show participants how to develop a personal change plan to reduce their risk of traffic violations and crashes. Depending on the students Wisconsin driving record status, a three-point demerit point reduction to their current record may be requested upon completions of the course.
Intermediate Excel: Working with More Complex Formulas and Functions-Janesville

Develop your understanding of how Excel uses logic with functions like AND, OR, COUNTIF, IF, and Nested IF. Perform calculations with SUMIF, AVERAGEIF, OR COUNTIF when a specific condition is met. Use VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP to search for specific information in a table. Find out how to name cells and ranges, and then use them in formulas. Learn how to link cells within worksheets and workbooks, and how to create 3D formulas across worksheets and workbooks. Locate errors by utilizing Auditing to find precedents and dependents related to a function. Enable the Watch Window to view out of sight cells. Use Data Validation to limit the type of data that can be entered into a cell and to create a drop-down list.
