Spring-Motorcycle Rider Basic - EC
Learn real-world riding skills in this 16-hour course (4-hour online eCourse + 12 hours on the range). Instructors are certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive your MSF Completion Card (WI DOT Skills Test Waiver). At the Wisconsin DMV, no road test is required—only the written test to add your “M” endorsement.
Illinois residents: Confirm your local DMV accepts our completion card before registering.
Requirements
- Complete the MSF Basic eCourse within 30 days prior to class and bring proof.
- Register at least 2 days in advance to allow time for the waiver and eCourse.
- Bring a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to balance and ride a bicycle.
Wear required gear: DOT-approved full helmet (no half helmets), eye protection, long sleeves, long pants, full-finger gloves, and over-the-ankle boots with proper retention (no cowboy or canvas boots).
Students without proper documentation or attire will be dismissed without refund.
Motorcycles are provided. Classes ride rain or shine. Arrive on time—late arrivals must repay and re-register.
Transition to Trainer

This class is for final year apprentices who will, as journey workers, soon be responsible for passing on their skills to new apprentices. Developed by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards, this 8-hour course teaches soon-to-be journey workers how to serve as a mentor and job coach, how to provide hands-on skill training, how to give positive and effective performance feedback, and explores the characteristics of a positive and diverse work environment. Please note that this is a Blackboard online course. If you are not a current/former student of Blackhawk Technical College you will receive login credentials 3-5 days after registering.
Spring-CPR BLS Provider-Janesville
This BLS course trains healthcare workers and other personnel to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

Spring - Group Dynamics - Monroe
Group Dynamics is a Wisconsin highway safety initiative aimed at assisting first-time OWI (operation while intoxicated) offenders in changing their impaired driving behavior. This course consists of a minimum of 21 hours of interactive education. Students receive information about short- and long-term effects of alcohol and other drugs, alcohol concentration and impairment and Wisconsin OWI-related laws and penalties. Students also complete a Personal Change Plan to help them avoid future problems with impaired driving. The emphasis of Group Dynamics is on education and changing impaired driving behavior, not on the treatment of addiction.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Failure to attend ALL class sessions or being late will result in forfeiture of your entire class fee, and you will be put in non-compliance with the WI Department of Transportation.
You must have an assessment completed prior to taking this class.
Spring-Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED-Janesville

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
Intermediate Microsoft Word-Monroe
