Developed by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards, this 8-hour course teaches soon-to-be journey workers how to serve as a mentor and job coach, how to provide hands-on skill training, how to give positive and effective performance feedback, and explores the characteristics of a positive and diverse work environment. Please note that this is a Blackboard online course. If you are not a current/former student of Blackhawk Technical College you will receive login credentials 3-5 days after registering.
