Basic Life Support (BLS) recertification courses allow you to update your skills, refresh your memory and extend your certification by two years. Designed for those whose credentials are still valid (or within 30 days of expiring), BLS renewal courses make it possible to avoid a lapse in certification so you can stay certified and stay on the job.

Please note that this class meets 8am-5pm on 9/22, 9/23, and 9/28 and 8am-11am on 9/25 and 9/29.

Please note that this course meets Thursdays 6-9pm and Saturdays 8am-3pm. 

If your department will be covering the cost of this class, you will have the opportunity to indicate this during registration.

If you want to be Firefighter 1 State Certified, you need to take Firefighter 1 parts A, B, C, & Hazmat

This BLS course trains healthcare workers and other personnel to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. 

Please note that this class meets 11am-5pm on 9/29, then 8am-5pm on 10/1, 10/2, and 10/5.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
