Basic Life Support (BLS) recertification courses allow you to update your skills, refresh your memory and extend your certification by two years. Designed for those whose credentials are still valid (or within 30 days of expiring), BLS renewal courses make it possible to avoid a lapse in certification so you can stay certified and stay on the job.

Please note that this class meets 9-10pm on Thursday 10/16, 6pm-10pm on Thursdays 10/23-11/20, then 8am-2pm on Saturdays 10/25 and 11/8. 

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

This BLS course trains healthcare workers and other personnel to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. 

Please note that this class meets 6-8pm on 12/8/25.

Please note that this course meets Saturday 10/4 from 12-3pm, then Thursdays 10/9-10/30 from 6-9pm, and Saturdays 10/11, 10/18, and 10/25 from 8-3pm. 

If you want to be Firefighter 1 State Certified, you need to take Firefighter 1 parts A, B, C, & Hazmat

Please note that the online portion of this course starts on 10/6 and will meet in-person at the Monroe Campus on 11/15 from 8am-12pm
