Build on the basics of prompting and explore more advanced ways to use ChatGPT for work, communication, research, and everyday productivity. Learn how to create more effective prompts, refine and improve AI-generated content, analyze and organize information, brainstorm and solve problems, and use ChatGPT to support multi-step tasks. Through demonstrations and guided activities, you’ll practice techniques for getting more accurate, useful, and tailored responses while learning how to provide context, evaluate results, and identify when additional verification is needed. Prior experience with ChatGPT or completion of an introductory AI course is recommended.
